Ender's Game Test is Friday(10/30) and Monday (11/2) depending on your period. Study guides are also due before the test. After 2 other practice runs, we are treating this study guide like an essay! All you need: MLA format first page, Work Cited for Ender's Game, study guide answers with quotes and citations, and finally- an article on any connection between Card's themes and our real world. For example: Is war a real problem? Are children used as tools? Do we have issues with various forms of prejudice? Which is more important our individual rights or our national security? Can you have both? Any one of all those great ideas you put on the board! Make sure that you annotate your article with your thoughts, important points, and how it relates to Ender's Game. Include a work cited for that too. :)

Aviation in a nutshell is anything to do with Aircraft (airplanes). It includes piloting an airplane, learning how one works, and much more. Aviation has been a big part of society because not only of the joy it brings to people, but also all the work and chores it does for mankind. Just think how people would be affected if aviation didn’t exist; everyone would take hours or days in a car or on a boat trying to get to places that can be reached in a matter of minutes by aircraft, all the items shipped around the world by air would take ten times longer to transport. The reason I am so familiar with this topic is because my father is a pilot and so was my grandfather. It runs in the family. I picked up my interest in aviation when I was about eleven. Before that I was purely terrified of it. After I got an interest in it I have used most of my free time over the years to study and learn about it. It is my life. Aviation can be great for someone but like most hobbies you have to develop a great love and interest for it before you get crazy with it. I have introduced many people to aviation; some love it and the others were terrified and hated it. So it has to do with you first. But if you have an interest in it you won’t regret a thing. I recommend you give it a chance because I promise that you will never feel such a great feeling of freedom in yourself if you don’t fly. Hello!
